In 2020, we have launched our new manufacturing unit PFI Heavy Press Forgings that is a state of the art facility for complete open die forging solutions. It has a 1250 Tons open die forging press and a 10 Ton Railbound Manipulator. The complete setup is fully imported and boasts latest technology with upgraded features. The heating and heat treatment furnaces installed in the unit are carefully designed to efficiently heat special steel grades allowing us to produce quality forgings. The machine workshop is loaded to cater to needs of all types customers. Whether you want your forged product to be in rough forged, proof machined or finish machined condition, we have the machinery and technical know-how to fulfill your needs.
We take immense pride in taking up the green initiative and contributing to the well being of our environment. We have planted hundreds of trees and will continue to do so. Our new unit, PFI Heavy Press Forgings has negligible emissions and zero water discharge. The hydraulic forging press is electrically powered and the furnaces are PNG(Piped Natural Gas Powered) fired. Hence, we are continuously working towards manufacturing quality steel in conjunction with keeping the environment clean.
